$200 Tolova Inn certificate for Dec 2022

Enter to win October 15^th-October 31^st.

Winner will be selected randomly on October 1^st from anyone taking the quiz digitally at OregonHotTub.com, or by mailing in an entry to: Oregon Hot Tub/ PRIZE entry 16205 NW Bethany Ct. Suite #108 in Beaverton Oregon 97006 .  Mail in entries must be received no later than September 30^th.  1 winner will be selected and notified by email or phone.  Must be 18 years old to enter and have a valid driver’s license or state issued ID.  Once winner is notified, if winner is not available, they will have 24 hours to respond to notice, if no response, the prize is considered forfeited and a backup winner will be chosen and notified.  Prizes will be available for pick up at Oregon Hot Tub located at 16205 NW Bethany Ct. Suite #108 in Beaverton Oregon 97006.  A W9 may be required for any prizes valued at $600 or higher.

Tolovana Inn certificates may only be used once and must be presented at check-in.  You must make your own reservations and indicated that you are a redeeming a trade certificate. There is a maximum of 4 rooms per night allowed per stay/family.  Certificates are good for lodging only, all charges for room tax and other goods/services are the responsibility of the winner to pay at checkout.  There is no exchange or credit for unused portions of the certificates.  Trade certificate expires on December 21st 2022 and cannot be used during November 24-27^th.  Reservations with the certificate can only be made by phone.  Tolovana certificates cannot be sold, traded or extended.  Call 1-800-333-8890 for info or reservation at Tolovana Inn.  Oregon Hot Tub is not responsible for terms and conditions set forth by the hotel and cannot be responsible for unused certificates or problems using the certificates.
