Service was excellent. We just purchased a new hot tub, our first, and love it. The salt water system is great and easy to use. We had some minor issues and it took the service man 3 hours to find and repair, but he maintained upbeat and positive. Great experience so far and we love soaking in a tub that isn’t filled with chemicals.

They solved a problem for me with a ’13 Hot Springs TX that was due to my stupid error without making me feel stupid. I’ve also had excellent service having them order a relatively hard to find part and ship it right to me. They’re in Beaverton and I’ve moved to Salem, and today Jeff drove down and helped me diagnose my ’99 Sundance Rio as having a bad flow pump. He gave me EXCELLENT advice to fix it. MORE than worth the very reasonable service call fee. Next time I’ve got a spa issue, they’ll be my first call.

FIVE STARS! We had the best experience with everyone. We were on vacation while in Bend and because it was raining (yes in Bend!), and we decided to go in and just talk to someone about what it takes, cost and such. Well we decided to buy the floor model, but in Portland where we live. We had a problem with the tub at first, but they did everything in their power to fix it and they did! They made us feel important and our tub runs like a dream.
