Before the warranty expires on your hot tub, swim spa or sauna, make sure to schedule a warranty pre-expiration service. This service could save you hundreds of dollars in post-warranty repairs. With this service, a certified technician will perform a thorough inspection of your hot tub, swim spa or sauna, including equipment, plumbing, cabinet, jets, controls, electrical, and shell. If anything is running improperly, Oregon Hot Tub will make every effort to process any parts and labor under warranty. Repairs are subject to warranty exclusions. Components of the hot tub are often covered under warranty for various durations. See your hot tub manufacturer’s warranty for specifics.
